Google Classroom

I cannot access the Google Account
  1. Did you complete the consent form and return it to the school?
  2. Did the school email you the access username and password and class code for your child?
  3. Did you go to classroom.google.com and attempt to login? (please ensure that the username and password are case sensitive)
I have completed those 3 steps but I still cannot access
  1. Have you logged out of all other Google accounts on your device before you attempt to log in to the pupil account?
  2. Have you ensured that you are accessing classroom.google.com and not gmail (the pupils’ accounts do not have access to gmail and you will see an error message if you attempt to use the pupil account to log in to gmail).

If you have completed these steps and cannot access Google Classroom, please email the school at info@rochestownetns.ie

My child’s class code is not working
  1. Have you ensured that you have typed in the username, password and access code using the correct cases (ensure Caps lock is not on)?
  2. Have you ensured that you are logged out of any sibling’s Google Classroom?

 

If you have completed these steps and cannot access Google Classroom, please email the school at info@rochestownetns.ie

I cannot see the videos/content that the teacher is providing
  1. Have you ensured that you are signed out of all other Google accounts and are only using the account for the specific child?
